Cypress Equity Group (CEG) concentrates on acquiring undervalued real property in high-population growth areas for the purpose of improvement, lease and/or re-sale. This entails investing in foreclosures, REO, distressed, fractured developments, value-added opportunities. This strategy maximizes investor returns in the short-term as well as the long-term if so elected.
CEG also seeks out redevelopment opportunities in growth areas, to renovate, re-tenant or convert multifamily or commercial properties in order to unleash their greatest potential value.
